BROWNIE WISE - INVENTOR OF TUPPERWARE PARTY
Eventhough Tupperware was developed in 1946 by Mr. Earl Silas Tupper in Leominster, Massachusetts USA, Ms. Brownie Wise was the person who developed the highly successful & world famous marketing strategy of moving Tupperware products to end users through conducting numerous
Tupperware Parties.
A Tupperware Party is run by a Tupperware Consultant for a Host who invited friends & neighbours into his or her
home to see the product line. Tupperware hosts are rewarded with
free Tupperware products based on the level of sales made at their party. Parties also take place in
workplaces, schools & other community groups.
Tupperware Party allowed for women to work & enjoy the benefits of earning an income at the
most flexible time & place. Tupperware Party has created
an alternative choice for women, for example housewives,
who either needed or wanted to work.
Eventhough, Mr. Earl Silas Tupper invented the plastic for Tupperware; however the product only worked with the emergence of the sale through presentation in a party setting. It has been said that Tupperware not only

between 2.30 pm - 4.30 pm all 80 Tupperware Business Centres all over Malaysia (including Sabah & Sarawak) will simultaneously be holding & conducting live -
the most number of Tupperware Parties taking place at any one time! The auspicuous event will be duly recorded in the Malaysia Book of Records (a Malaysian Version Of the Guinness Book Of World Records).
